icare

icare toilet paper

Born over 10 years ago, icare was inspired by the belief that there was a better way to make toilet paper, so we’ve created one that isn’t just soft, but better for the planet too.

From 3 generations of paper makers, we’ve used our expertise and experience to develop a system that can gently remove, cleanse and purify tree fibres from all kinds of waste paper that was originally headed for landfill.

We believe that if you use a commodity or resource carefully and without extravagance, you will never be in need. As such, our philosophy is to ‘tip toe on the environment where others tread’, and icare toilet paper embodies this. It’s good for your family, good for the community and good for the environment too.

about us

Encore Tissue was born in 1998, when the Holckner Family purchased a small tissue business. Our vision was clear from the beginning; to provide quality tissue product to the Australian market, whilst endeavouring to be socially, economically and environmentally sustainable.

With an extensive manufacturing facility in Melbourne, Victoria, we believe in buying from Australian suppliers and continuing to support the Australian industry.

Three generations of our family have worked together with a dedicated management team to build Encore Tissue to what it is today: A tissue company that’s about providing products of the highest quality, that support the Australian economy, and most importantly, contribute to a more sustainable future.
